Rebecca joins us aboard Wuling for a shake down afternoon cruise in all kinds of weather. Alas, we didn't bring the camera to take photos of Becca at the helm, calm to blustery winds, sunshine, showers or the full, double rainbow over Boston after making it in to the dock.
