Ling, Chris, Betsy and Ping have a very spirited fall sail (25-30 kt breezes) out the No. Channel after avoiding an LNG
tanker by Deer Island. Returned outside of the Graves coming into Peddock's Island via Nantasket Roads. However, since the winds did
not die as predicted we then head over to a Long Island mooring for the night. Quite chilly, but nice and snug below after
watching the early sunset above decks. Sunday is sunny and cool; we sail out Black Rock Channel after a leisurely breakfast.
Winds are 15-20kts and make for another feisty sail. Tack upon tack to head back up into Boston Harbor via the North Channel
but since it is the last sail of the season, we tough it out and finally take sails down off SQM dock. Start to decommission for the
season: Sails are stowed and we have one last "happy hour" to end the weekend.
