Ling, Chris and Ping depart from Charlestown, post-Irene, and head to Gloucester under power with a rolly sea arriving at sunset.
As guests on Peter's mooring off Eastern Point it was easy to some day sailing both Saturday and Sunday during
the 27th Annual Gloucester Schooner Festival. Ling and Chris kayaked in to town, Ping did a lot of reading and we all watched
great fireworks while aboard on Saturday evening (no photos this year). Met Maggie and Joe to watch the Parade of Sail on
Sunday morning before we headed out to watch the Large Schooner race in the afternoon. Had a nice sail back to Boston on Monday.
